SquashedTracking and few small changes

  1. Preliminary tracking is implemented in ClusterCounter and TBParticleID processor
  2. 25 layers for e-shower containment changed to 22 (see Olin's EPT talk on Jul 4th)
  3. Window is implemented for better cluster separation in the first layers of AHCAL
  4. cleaning up: all functions are moved from header to .cc files
