Constellation: add README for website

We currently plan to add the documentation of external satellites to our website. Adenium is a simple example to showcase how this can work.

I also noticed a bug we introduced, meaning that Adenium needs to be compiled with current master (i.e. v0.3 or newer).

Upstream MR is tracked in constellation/constellation!555 (closed).
