+`rename_run.py`: to be run after each run

+`data_parser.py`: convert the txt file produced by the DAQ into a pandas dataframe stored in h5 file.

+`quick_ana.ipynb`: monitoring plots (only charge distribution currently implemented).

+`plot_comparison.ipynb`: generic plotting to make channel-wise comparison between runs.
