Implement new View for Timepix setup optimisation

  • new graphs show information useful for the setup of the camera and the optimisation of the parameters
  • Implement post-processing UI to select files and start the pst-processing workflow from within pymepix viewer
  • small adjustments to changes performed in pymepix to enable post-processing functionality
