Resolution rings in GUI

The GUI needs an option for showing resolution rings. It's much more difficult than it may seem because the image view currently does an orthographic projection of the panels (it just ignores the z-components), therefore the rings can't be drawn as continuous. Using a perspective projection instead should allow a display like people expect. This would have a nice side-effect of allowing dual detector configurations (like in the LCLS/AMO 2009 experiment) to be shown in one picture.

The estimated resolution limits (based on peaks and reflections) should also be displayed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
