Add changes related to the DAQ module.

I moved the initialization of the DAQ module to the end to find DAQ tags of modules that are created in the constructor of the Application.

I added some more variables that are currently in the DAQ at HZDR. I had to update the ApplicationCore-MicroDAQ packages to cope with the new llrfserver connection scheme.
