- Added gun spare configuration

main reason: protect current state already rolled out at XFEL from
mapping changes with potential regressions.

Slight incompatibility: added configuration variable for raw
ADC readout decimation.

There seems to be some limit how long variables in OPC UA can be (at
least for the used stacks in UaExpert and LabView), which is 64k
samples.

The changed type requires a conversion of the history files, which
takes a long time. The upcoming version might more likely than
usual require a roll back due to the complex beam regions feature.
