Changes since debian_version_1_0_4:
-  Moved headers and source into sub-folders and made compile with CMake
- Automated change: Replace #include <eq_sts_codes.h> by #include <doocs/ArchiveStatus.h>
- Replace set_error(offline) by set_error(device_offline)
