D3FLFDIAG and D6FLFDIAG have zero length (in ocelot lattice)

For some reason the D3 and D6FLFDIAG come out with zero lengths in the ocelot files: https://gitlab.desy.de/johann.zemella/flash-beamline/-/blob/main/Ocelot/fl3_lat.py?ref_type=heads#L671-674

Not sure if this is something going wrong in the conversion, or something not set correctly in the MAD files
