Added side code file for filling of the plan matrix A, this code will be deleted after it has been integrated with the main code.

Added a check for distance from ideal line for Interferometric lines of sight.

Added standard deviations to polar coordinates, and Cartesian points calculated from the polar coordinates. 

All checks and calcs as for Epoch 0 were added for Epoch 1 as well. Further cleaning of local variables to prevent cross-talk between Epochs.

Added standard deviation for distances, cartesian coordinates calculated from polar measurements. Reading in measurements and coordinates is now a function instead of part of the main code.

NewCode is current main code file. Data handling has been changed to be more Pythonic.
BetterCoords.txt is file of more up to date 3D coordinates of the fiducials.
