Improved the readbility of the Scheduler code by replacing dynamic casts with the addition of a simple getMountType() method to the TapeMount, ArchiveMount and RetrieveMount classes

Removed the TapeSession class because it appears that Eric replaced it with the TapeMount class but forgot to delete it

Please note that you will have to install the following CASTOR rpms
in order to compile:

  castor
  castor-devel
  castor-lib
  castor-lib-server
  castor-lib-tape

Also organised common in subdirectories, and added sub directory for mockDB.

Moved mock scheduler DB in a separate directory to reduce the number of files per directory.

Renamed CTA/tapeserver/castor to CTA/tapeserver/castor_checkout in preparation for the moving the sub-directory CTA/tapeserver/castor/castor up the directory tree

Removed directories that are obviously not related to tapeserverd from the CTA/tapeserver/castor directory

        Close properly hbase connections in case of broken pipe, avoiding socket leak

Homogeneize the naming: removed mixtures of archival and archive in favor of the latter. Same the retriv{e,al}.
Renamed file transfers to tape jobs as a single file can required several jobs (in the case of nultiple copies).
