Packaged the man page of cta-taped

Added new functions allowing representation of the full life cycle of the tape sessions.
Phased out the first old function (gotArchiveJobFromCTA).
Removed some dead code.

Added preliminary implementation of session's HandlerInterface which will communicate with the former. This class will
replace both TaskWatchDog and TapeServerReporter.
A new protocol buffer class (WatchdogMessage) was created to allow communication between the two.
Added the creation of the drive handler in the tape daemon.
Various minor fixes.

Renamed CTA/tapeserver/castor to CTA/tapeserver/castor_checkout in preparation for the moving the sub-directory CTA/tapeserver/castor/castor up the directory tree

Created a richer protocol buffer RootEntry object and created a parital implementation to allow unit tests to run.

Fixed memomy management of the unit test, and disabled the object store middle tier unit test, which crashes on initialization.

middletier, itself separated in interface, SQLite, objectstore and
shared tests.
Moved all utilities (exceptions, threading...) to a shared utility
directory.
Created a single, shared unit test from all the scattered ones.

Used exceptions while moving Vfs to creating its temporary directory using mkdtemp. This allows several Vfs intances to run on the same
system simultaneously.
Updated the model of the abstract unit test so it can instanciate one test environement per unit test. This was needed in the current
unit test for middle tier admin.

Created AdminUsersList in the object store as a first step to implement an object store middle tier.
Some namespace fixes for unit tests.

Fixed compilation issues with -pedantic (added  -Wno-long-long for protocol buffers generated code).
