removed function to get the svcClass from castorFile and update the link on DB (and the related call on StagerJobR...)

hardcoded as a define in the Imakefile, like the one for Castor.

Dropped all (never implemented) PG*SVC

First attempt of a complete Imakefile, including compilation of the daemon, install and clobber rules

fixed searches on parameter name and value and added separate stager link to ns file id results column
