Fix indentation and whitespace cleaning

This will give a more realtime feedback of the recall operations.

Added support for the manual mode in the session cleaner and added more verbose reports of unload/unmount.

        Refactor some variable names to follow the naming conventions.
        Properly use the Eroute object before the logging is configured.
        Fix the fsctl function which now (XrootD 4.0) uses as command a combination of flags, therefore

Fixed bug #104856: RFE: make the timeout to expire old requests different for failed vs. successful ones

The unit test showed a bug with the stopping of the watchdog thread in case of error.
The watchdog thread is now handled at the same level as all thread, at the session level.

The disk write task can already be destroy by the time the push of NULL is attempted.
