Expanded the minimal VFS creation script to align it with the one in the unit test. More base objects are now created.
Fixed uninitialized flag bug in TapeMountDecisionInfo::TapeMountDecisionInfo().
Removed unused VDQM parameter.

Renamed CTA/tapeserver/castor to CTA/tapeserver/castor_checkout in preparation for the moving the sub-directory CTA/tapeserver/castor/castor up the directory tree

The ProcessForker can impose "entire lifetime" or "per mount"
refreshes of CASTOR configuration-parameters.  There is no
need for the tapeserverd parent process to do this and send
the results over the wire.

PLEASE NOTE - The bad day tape label scenarios are broken by this
commit.  I will fix them in a future commit.

Fixed h/rfcntl.h which missed multiple inclusion guards entirely.

The implementation of this RFE is going to take a relatively long period of
time in that there will be several commits to SVN before it is completed.

This commit adds some helper classes to the tapebridged source-code base.
These classes are tested by the unit-tests of the test/unittest directory but
are not actively used by the tapebridged daemon and so will not effect any
release that may need to be made of the trunk.

removed moved the mighunter and the rechandler in the tape directory. Deleted infoPolicy code. Made mighunter/tapegateway/rechandler to use the thread safe python library contained in castor/tape/python

The Imakefile in castor/tape has been modified so that it does not generate a
Makefile that tries to build the contents of the castor/tape/tapegateway
directory.

the reception of an RTCP message into two separate function calls; the
reception of the header and then the reception of the body.

This modification was needed in order to deal with the next step of
the RTCOPY protocol where the main select loop has to deal with different
types of incoming RTCOPY messages comming from different RTCPD threads.i
Immediately after a call to select which indicates an incoming message, the
tape aggregator needs to use the Transceiever to just read in the RTCP message
header so it can then dispatch the receptionm of the body of the incomming
message to the appropriate Transceiver body reception function.

Started to refactorise out the giving of file lists to RTCPD.

ackowledge of a request for a VID from RTCPD.  Still a long, long way to go,
but it's a start.

C++ interface to DLF. This is supposed to replace the current logging facility without loosing the possibility to give objects to the interface.
