This reverts commit 9a3148df.

This revert is now possible because libcastorlegacymsg.so no longer
depends on zmq.

Server side is done for messages from mount session
MountSession side done

All messages are now using zeroMQ. May be some race conditions that need toi be fixed

This commit is probably going to break something in the SLC6 server
build in TeamCity.  I cannot predict what will break and this is why
I am purposely breaking the build.

Please do not copy this behaviour at home.  This operation is being
carried out by a trained developer who is naive enough to believe
they know what they are doing.

Moved some sql compilation/installation into server only sections of the cmake file to fix client-only packaging.

The reactor code is currently being re-implemented using zeromq.  All zeromq
work needs to be isolated from as much of CASTOR as possible.  For the time
being this means the reactor code should stay within the scope of tape
developements where zeromq is being investigated.

MountSessionTest contains a test that never ends and therefore stops
teamcity from ever completing a build.
