Moved OracleCatalogue::deleteArchiveFile to RdbmsCatalogue because Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL support 'SELECT FOR UPDATE'.  SQLite is the odd one out in that it does not provide support.

Killing all the processes in the bash gpidm otherwise it waits for create_instance.sh to timeout as it is orphaned but not terminated (same for tee).

1000 seconds is not enough for the instance creation. Make it easier to configure and bump to 1400 seconds.
