Renamed the ArchiveRequest to UserArchiveRequest to avoid conflicting names (will be deleted afterwards)

Added more legacy messages implementations that were needed, and the SmartCap class.
Fixed bug in re-written part of io.cpp (detected by unit test).

Removed linking information for external libraries from CASTOR.
Started to re-import necessary files from CASTOR.
Edited files from CASTOR to replace usage of the old Cxxx compatibility layer (this was for multi-system
compatibility at the time.

Fixed wrong updating of the max FSeq for the tape. Now done per-file instead of at the end of the session.

Partial commit to make the status update mechanism work (many many changes), compiles and passes unit tests now

The report packer should now also be referenced in the tape recall thread, so it can report the drive status.
testingMocks/MockRetrieveMount.hpp needs to be improved so it handles les end of session correctly.
Then the mechanism has to be mirrored in Archives (simpler case).

Partial implementation of per object type dump.

Simplified the tape file serializatrion by using directly the checksums serialization.

Added support for listing files with checksum not set (and changed the format to adler32:0xABCDEF12).

Added suppression lists for external libraries and old castor one-off allocations.
Enabled the memory check make test.
