This reverts commit 8b826f9d.

Added logging of tape alerts during unmount as well (they were checked at session startup only so far).

Inverted the default for SKIP_UNIT_TESTS to 1 so that rpms can be compiled. Currently some tests are failing under koji.

Split the get tape alert functions into getting codes and strings so we read the codes only once from the drive.
This will allow a coherent logging of errors in logs and session summary.

Added further comments to the code surrounding the m_driveReadyDelayInSeconds attribute of CleanerSession

Disable server-side compilation on non x86_64 architectures. CASTOR server side needs Ceph, which is only available on x86_64.

Amended the fix to take into account clients that set an empty
protocol (yes, stager_put does that...), that was accepted so far.

Fixed tapeserverd changing its status to UP (instead of RUNNING) in the VDQM when "tpconfig up" is called while the session is running.
