Must add prepare acl on /eos/ctaeos/cta folder so that the retrieve works for the first test (may not be useful...)

Changing /etc/ctafrontend_SSS_c.keytab and /etc/ctafrontend_SSS_s.keytab to /etc/cta/cta-cli.sss.keytab so that CI and preprod have now the same configuration files.

The user in the ctafrontend SSS key is the EOS instance name, the rest is BS. I tried to make it clear in the configuration files and names when a field is useless.
WFE scripts are now the same between preprod and CI and the ctafrontend
configuration file can move in the rpm.

Compiles without XRDSSI_DEBUG and removes --json option from scripts

So we can see how bash shell strings are being escaped and what actually
appears in the protocol buffer.

Sets retrieve workflow in eos_wfe_scripts back to the old cta command
for now. Try to get simple test to work first.

The installation in the buildtree environment is not useful as all is pre-installed in the image.

preprod workflows

Preparing eos instance and eos workflows for preprod and SSI, so that we can test both SSI and non SSI workflows on the same cta instance, just in 2 different EOS folders.

updating wfe.ntx to 10 and wfe.interval to 1 as 3 was way too low (1 is to match preproduction number of wfe.interval).

sort out tests that failed because of EOS instance

added a /CANSTART file so that eos waits for all keys to be OK before starting.
/bin/sh -> /bin/bash to allow function names with `-`...
yum and yum-config-manager overridden when in BUILDTREE environment
ctafrontend not booting needs further work

Only eosusers and powerusers can write to it, and powerusers only can drop replicas for all file in this directory.
poweruser1 now drops the disk replica of the file before it is recalled in `client_ar.sh` test script.

adding all the missing bits to allow the simple systemtest to run on the client pod:
- add user `daemon` to sudoer in eos so that we can xrdfs prepare as a `powerusers` user
- add the `powerusers` group mount rule in cta
- add the missing bits in client_test.sh

dsturl used to write to disk a file retrieved from tape now sudos to root using eos.ruid=0 and eos.guid=0
