Added a skeleton for TapeserverProxy::tapeUnmounted and tapeMountedForRead. To be completed by  Daniele and Steve

Pakcaged the new tape server in an RPM and added the option to not run the unit tests to hasten the build for development environements.

Added releaseDrive into GlobalStatusReporter and first draft for tapeUnmounted and tapeMountedForRead

Some problems were corrected already in commit 2547718e.

It was unhappy with a using of a namespace.
Linking with zlib is required in SLC5 for adler32.

The MountSession is now used in both its unit tests (in its new form) and in the tapeserver's
binaries.

Changed a few includes from RecallTaskInjector to forward decleration and had to add them back in orther files
