Fixed an effective memory leak.  The amount of reachable memory was increasing every time showqueues was executed.  The result sets used for generating the reply to showqueues were iterated through using while loops of the form "while(rs-next())".  The result sets in question should have been, but were not closed after the while loops, i.e. statements similar to "statement->closeResultSet(rs)" have now been added.

reply buffer picked the error action foreseen for failures on unmount.

Generated script now includes an exit at the end.  This is required for writing scripts to automate the dropping and re-creating of all objects.
