Changed the interface of the per-object garbage collection to add the address of the agent pointing to it. This permits finer grained garbage collection.

Removed the getHier() mthod from the RemotePath because we do not want to parse the URI any further at this point

Renamed the unit test for objectstore so they all fall in the same group.
