Partial commit to make the status update mechanism work (many many changes), compiles and passes unit tests now

The report packer should now also be referenced in the tape recall thread, so it can report the drive status.
testingMocks/MockRetrieveMount.hpp needs to be improved so it handles les end of session correctly.
Then the mechanism has to be mirrored in Archives (simpler case).

Added suppression lists for external libraries and old castor one-off allocations.
Enabled the memory check make test.

Adjusted unit test to accomodate the new structure (SchedulerDatabase::RetrieveMount is now a pure virtual class).

in order to compile:

Renamed CTA/tapeserver/castor to CTA/tapeserver/castor_checkout in preparation for the moving the sub-directory CTA/tapeserver/castor/castor up the directory tree

Fixed usage of pointer to watchdog in situations where it is not set (unit tests). The scheme already existed but was not used everywhere.

Added missing end of session status reporting for one failure mode (failure to report to client). This bug was also present for recalls.

Fixed.

Removed "h/" from all #includes.

Fixed missing end of session status and error counting when we fail to report end session to the client.

Added error for killed sessions.
Added delay to protect against races between end of process and status update.
Added coverage for the unlikely event where a session finishes on its own while we intend to kill it for shutdown of timeout.

errors for a non-crashing session can also be recorded as a failures in the
tape log.

The offending message has been changed in a previous case: CASTOR-4749

Reviewed all bandwidth calculations to homogenize the statistics printing.
Fixed a bug where the total time for a session was not properly retrieved before logging, leading to NaN printouts.

CASTOR-4765: The heartbeat messages of the data-transfer session of tapeserverd should include valid drive unit-names

Partial implementation of the ticket:
- The reporting to client and session exit part has been dismantled.
- The template based implementation of the watchdog has been changed to a more classing inheritance schema.
- The reporting to mother process of the moved blocks has been re-enabled.

This will give a more realtime feedback of the recall operations.
