The bug was actually introduced by changeset r19057, because on recalls we need
to update the db for the CastorFile entity. The present changeset makes the
entity complete so that a subsequent update doesn't reset the filename.

Added missing functionality to count the number of subrequests in FileRequests. Prior to this, every request indepedent of the size was considered as 1

Fixed a bug in the Cns_internal_deletesegs function where it would return ENOENT if called more than once
