docs: fix two typos in Grafana how-to

One thing I was wondering: we are currently not using the group name (i.e. the Constellation name) in any of the setups. Wouldn't it make sense that the bucket corresponds to that, such that multiple Constellations can use the same InfluxDB? (sorry, should be an issue probably)
