Send EOR message to datasender, Reconfigure also launches stage to stage start positions

Deleted the previously commented-out section. Tested the 3-D stage movement. Now everything works perfectly. In addition, the timestamps sent to the datareader (HDF5 file) is relative to the time at start of data run. The end-of-run tag also contains information of when the zigzag loop started and when the loop ended.
