Harmonize codebase - I

Move all devices implementations from individual projects (compton, p11, sigray) into this framework repository

For the endstations, only client/server startup scripts, resources and configurations should be kept.

This is a first step towards harmonizing the code base, minimizing the amount of duplicate code, having reusable modules/classes in centralized location and reducing chances for making a mistake while doing changes or bug-fixes in two repositories at the same time.
