making small changes to bgnet. -Adding flags in preprocessing for mdi hv permission masking -Changing requests pattern in hitrate.client to accommodate for multiple loaded models -Add ModelServerConfig protocol buffer to instruct model server to load multiple models at once (note: can also use this for version control and referencing a model version (the long number) with a string: stable, vulkan_plot_training, train_26-05-2025 for example)
