update reports and explanations

This issue serves following goals:

1. to update reports to reflect the new model for computing pressures for beam gas backgrounds.
2. to add additional plots possible from the new injection model: to add the attention weights for time lagged BeamGateStatus PVs and to introduce explanation for the injection amplitude model.
3. update slide that presents model structure.
