Optics Correction PVs

Part of ongoing interest to use controllable inputs for BGNet models.

There are around 1000 optics correction PVs for LER of the form

MGLPS:ABV2P1:KRB
MGLPS:ABV2P2:KRB
MGLPS:AQD1P10:KRB
MGLPS:AQD1P11:KRB

A similar list exists for HER. They give strenghtes of magnets for optic corrections. An attempt should be made to understand which of these are actrually relavent for ongoing operation and if relavant ones can be used as input to BGNet models directly.
