Update unit handling for PVs

Rigth now there now infrastructure for querying the unit strings of PVs. Consequently, report plots have the units of input PVs displayed as NA. Actually, the units are not known to the framework in many cases, only available by asking experts of SKB archiver.

All the above mentioned problems need to be addressed.
