Add variables to skb naming

RFHSC:D11D:SBP:HOM{1,2}:TEMP This is a temperature at the HOM absorber of the HER superconducting RF system at D11D. I need to ask an RF expert about the actual location of the absorber. If it is close to the beam, higher temperature causes more outgassing or beam background.

FB_MOVE:QD3E39:H This is a horizontal displacement at QD3E39, which is located next to a sextupole magnet, measured by a displacement gauge. As the sextupole magnet moved, the tune moved.

IGPF:HERUV:SB:PEAKFREQ1 This is the peak frequency of the HER beam measured by the feedback system after FFT. It should be correlated with the tune.
