docs: remove GUI code example

This GUI long and complex code example was provided without any additional explanations. As a consequence, readers cannot do anything of this example and may even consider this as low quality documentation. In addition, this code example is very specific to TK GUI framework which is not used much nowadays. So we think that the documentation will be better without this code example.
