Discontiuing trigger number

Extracting trigger numbers after post-processing from an HDF5 file shows jumps in the trigger number: As can be seen in this plot, the blue dots is what we currently have and the red, what is should be.

1. Offset in trigger number by ~1e3
2. jump in trigger number somewhere in the middle
